A Dogumass is a 60 minute mass event dictated by one specific dog during Dogmass.

A Dogumass may be extended by 30 minutes exactly once per Dogmass. To receive an extension, a Dog Club member must motion to extend. Upon a majority vote in favor facilitated by the Department of Judgment, that Dogumass is extended 30 minutes.

To determine which Dogumass, each Dog present at Dogmass is given 10 tokens representing their Dogumass. Before each Dogumass, every dog must place at least one token into the pot, and may put as many as all 10. After each dog has entered at least one token, a random drawing commences determining the subsequent Dogumass. If a Dogumass is drawn that has already transpired, keep drawing until an unhoofed Dogumass is drawn. When the last Dogumass has ended, Dogumasses have concluded.

During a given Dogs Dogumass, anything that dog says is the sitch, as long as it is legit. In this case, legit means that it doesnt go against the rules of the club and it doesnt awall dogmass. If a Dogumass is challenged to be unlegit, the Department of Judgment is to determine by vote if thats the sitch. If found to be unlegit, that Dogumass is immediately kendgamed without the chance for extension.
